Amazon is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the development of an AI agent for ads new ad products that leverage AI to help customers find and discover new products and engage with brands and sellers on Amazon. You will work across teams to align on project requirements, create work back plans, define API contracts, and manage strategic communications with executive stakeholders. • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience • 10+ years of technical product or program management experience • 10+ years of software development experience • Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
