As a Principal Technical Program Manager on the Partner Experience & Growth team, you will be responsible for delivering our end-to-end products and programs that have broad cross-organizational impact, delivering on large engineering strategies, and gaining a deep understanding of the customer and business landscape. The Partner Experience & Growth team is responsible for the software that thousands of Advertising Partners use to create, manage and grow their business strategies with Amazon. • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience • 5+ years of software development experience • Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
