Print & Digital Advertising Sales Representative

InnoVera Media is looking for a motivated and experienced Print & Digital Advertising Sales Representative to support AutoPros and HomePros in the Metro Detroit market. This position is focused on developing new business, building strong client relationships, and selling advertising solutions to automotive dealers, home improvement companies, and related local businesses. Develop new business opportunities for AutoPros and HomeProsProspect, call, and meet with automotive dealers, home improvement businesses, and related local advertisersBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsIdentify decision-makers and understand each client’s advertising goals, challenges, and opportunitiesPresent print and digital marketing solutions clearly and confidentlySell across multiple advertising products, including direct mail, display, video, CTV/OTT, social, search, programmatic, and related digital tacticsManage proposals, follow-ups, and client communication through the full sales processMaintain accurate sales activity, pipeline notes, and client information in the CRMCollaborate with internal sales support, media planning, creative, and client success teamsStay informed on market trends, competitive advertising options, and client category needsAttend sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews as requiredMeet and exceed monthly sales goals Candidates must have experience in working direct with auto dealers regarding advertising at the local level. The selected candidate will learn the full AutoPros and HomePros product mix, internal systems, sales process, and campaign support structure.
