Its print publications include The Horry Independent, North Strand News, Loris Scene, Carolina Forest Chronicle, Myrtle Beach Herald, Horry County Business Journal, Building Industry Synergy, and Grand Strand Visit! Additional sales responsibilities will include The Horry Independent, Carolina Forest Chronicle, Myrtle Beach Herald,seasonal publications, special sections, digital advertising campaigns, and sponsored contests. Consistently prospect for new business through in-person visits, email, phone calls, social media, and other outreach methods while establishing clear sales targets.Develop and manage strategic print and digital marketing campaigns—from the initial client consultation and concept development through design, editorial review, and final distribution.Prepare professional sales proposals for prospective and existing clients.Manage leads, customer accounts, and sales activity through Ad Orbit.Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals.Conduct cold calls and other proactive outreach to generate new business.Participate in local networking groups and community organizations to generate leads and strengthen business relationships.Build lasting relationships with advertisers and provide excellent customer service throughout the assigned territory.Travel regularly throughout the designated sales territory.Help identify potential business locations for distributing core and seasonal publications.Represent the company at community events, festivals, and other promotional activities as needed.Collaborate with the Publisher and Advertising Director to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.Attend weekly sales and digital strategy meetings.
