What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end strategy and execution of print programs, including planning, forecasting, testing, and performance optimizationDevelop and execute integrated print + digital channel strategies, ensuring digital touchpoints (e.g., email, site, push, sms and app experiences) complement print programs to create seamless, high-impact customer journeysDefine customer segmentation and campaign targeting strategies, partnering with analytics, finance and campaign ops teams to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right timeLead campaign selection and audience planning, aligning customer selection with business goals, seasonal priorities, and iROAS benchmarksDrive testing ideation and roadmap development, including hypothesis creation, test design, and measurement frameworks to continuously improve performancePartner with Creative and Brand teams to develop clear, insight-driven creative briefs that align messaging across print and digital channelsProgram Performance & Analysis Manage end-to-end project coordination, including timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure flawless executionCollaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Campaign Operations, Creative, Finance, Production, Analytics, Loyalty, and Digital teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistency across all programsCoordinate approvals and stakeholder alignment, ensuring all campaigns meet marketing requirements while maintaining speed to marketMaintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and campaign workflows to enhance efficiency and scalabilityServe as a subject matter expert for print and integrated channel strategy, identifying opportunities to innovate and evolve the customer experience Our recruiters will review applications quickly and help connect you to this role and other opportunities.
