We currently have an opening for a wide format printer technician and tech support position Your primary responsibility will be to repair, demonstrate and train customers using solvent and water based wide-format printers Post sale phone support and some on-site training Two years experience Must be able to communicate clearly with customers Ability to manage multiple projects with specific deadlines Detail oriented and reliable Prepress experience preferred Must have experience with wide-format printers and laminators Come to work daily with a good attitude, conduct yourself in a professional manner and have a professional appearance Have a basic knowledge of vehicle wraps, large print advertising, application, and profiling Preferred Experience: Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw & Knowledge of RIP software's Knowledge of various different medias Ability to communicate in English (Spanish a plus) Some travel will be required Normal work week 8 - 5 with occasional overtime or weekend work as required Full time employment with benefits after 90 day probation period
