ABOUT US: We are a private financial institution, engaged in alternative real estate financing and REO real estate sales and leasing for over 28 years. Our office is located on Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. Currently, we are looking for a marketing assistant to assist us in developing/updating and executing on our marketing. Responsibilities • Marketing/advertising commercial real estate-secured business loans • Marketing/advertising REO real estate for sale and/or lease • Development/execution of marketing plan/campaign for business loans and real estate sales/leasing through direct mail, web, email, social networks, and other available technology-based avenues • Execution of direct marketing as directed • Research to identify, develop and reach new sources of business/revenue within framework of business model • Property management • Other administrative duties as assigned Requirements & Qualifications • Marketing/Finance Major with Business Minor or equivalent.
