Pro-Beauty Consultant

As a Professional Beauty Consultant, you will provide services including hair styling, makeup applications, ear piercing, and personalized product advice. - Seek out customers to ensure they have an amazing experience through great service and targeted sales advice - Provide personalized service based on customer needs and follow-up contact to build lasting relationships - Engage in conversation with each customer as they enter the beauty zone - Represent both Glamsquad and store brands when interacting with customers - Perform Hair and Makeup services: blowouts, styling, full or partial (lip/eye enhancement) makeup application - Perform Ear Piercing services (training and certification to be provided) - Educate beauty customers by demonstrating proper product usage, highlighting features and benefits - Participate in and represent company sales programs or events that positively impact business - Create product displays, end caps and other special promotional materials in support of key brand, corporate and local advertising efforts - Must possess a current and valid state Cosmetology License - Experience and proficiency in both hair styling and makeup application - Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals - Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures Solomon Page has an extensive network of established clients which - - allows us to present opportunities that are well-suited to your respective goals and needs – this specialized approach sets us apart in the industries we serve.
