Producer (Advertising Agency)

Within this context and focusing on quality execution of initiatives for our clients that drives growth predictably, the Producer has the following primary responsibilitIes: • Ongoing, proactive focus on exceptional execution that fully realizes the opportunities and priorities being established with clients, including: • remarkable work in terms of quality and impact • proving the feasibility/integrity of ambitious ideas • completion without unnecessary concessions made internally or externally • Seamless collaboration with Account Directors to ensure execution of work aligns with the broader business imperative and aligns with its purpose • Collaboration directly with clients on projects ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables and elevate the work of Trumpet for: • ongoing accounts in collaboration with Account Directors • finite projects working solely with client contacts • Constructive interaction with resources both internally (Creative, Strategy) and externally (Core & More) that fosters quality execution • Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate billing is accomplished with Account Directors for review and approval • Awareness and application of best-in-class production methods and innovative solutions to creative problems • Reporting to Director of Production on the effectiveness (quality) of the final work product and process and the efficiency in terms of resource requirements II. Measurables: The Producer will be held accountable to these objective metrics.
