As the Product Director for Holistic Page Optimization (HPO), you will spearhead the creation of a new strategic capability within Criteo’s Retail Media business. You will be responsible for building this function from the ground up: partnering with Strategy, R&D, and Commercial teams to define the opportunity space, designing the product roadmap, and leading the full product development lifecycle (PDLC) from initial market fit analysis through to launch and scaling. This role is ideal for a product leader who has direct experience with holistic page optimization (HPO) or related fields such as content optimization, fluid / dynamic page assembly, search results curation, or ad/organic blending optimization — preferably within a retailer, retail marketplace, search engine, or social network.
