Product Leader for Marketing Solutions

Scope: The Product Manager II will lead 1 large/medium-sized product or multiple small products, valued at $5-$15M+ in business value delivery. • Lead the development of a product vision, drive a process to bring that vision to life, collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure they understand the product vision, and champion customer needs throughout the execution of a project. • Work with development teams and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles, develop detailed specifications for product features, inspire and motivate development teams to deliver innovative solutions, and act as an ambassador for the product internally. • 5 or more years of equivalent experience in relevant job or field of technology, with 2 or more years of equivalent experience in an advanced role or technical capacity, leading teams directly or indirectly, and 2 or more years' experience directly responsible for guiding, training, or onboarding team members in relevant technologies, capabilities, or skills. Experience in Agile teams and Product/Platform-based operating models, leading teams, and advancing technical capability in teams.
