We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our advertiser experience for Shop Ads campaigns within TikTok Ads Manager. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and optimization of Shop Ads advertiser experience within TikTok Ads Manager for performance ads campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to identify challenges, define product strategies, and set objectives that align with the needs of performance advertisers. - 2+ years of experience building and launching ad interfaces or platform products, in addition to overall experience - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide product decisions and improve performance. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem, including ad creation, optimization, bidding and TikTok Shop ecosystem - Experience with TikTok Ads Manager or other major ad platforms and/or experience with shopping platforms
