• You will be responsible for product positioning, pricing, management of ASP, and promotion. • The Product Manager is responsible for the development, management, and promotion of wound care products for Tides Medical. • They must have extensive knowledge of advanced wound care products, wound healing processes, and the healthcare market. • Understanding of advanced wound care reimbursement, a plus, but not necessary. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the wound care market • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's goals and objectives • Work closely with sales and finance teams to manage product promotion and ASP of products • Work closely with the product development team to oversee the development, testing, and launch of new wound care products • Collaborate with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into product development • Develop and execute promotional plans and campaigns to increase product adoption and sales • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and suppliers to ensure the availability and quality of wound care products • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, regulatory, and legal, to ensure the successful launch and commercialization of wound care products • Monitor and analyze competitive activity in the wound care market and adjust strategies and tactics as needed to maintain a competitive advantage Qualifications:
