We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join the Enterprise GenAI team, focused on partnering with Netflix Ads to scale ads operations and workflows through agentic capabilities. In this role, you will own and drive the roadmap for Ads generative AI solutions, helping accelerate a rapidly growing and highly complex part of the business. You have hands-on experience with generative AI products and a strong background in Ads, Sales or similar workflows, enabling you to identify high-value use cases and translate them into scalable solutions. • Identify and prioritize high‑impact GenAI use cases to streamline Ads operations and Sales workflows, driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, defining clear success metrics, and translating opportunities into scalable product solutions.
