Product Manager - Ads Platform (Creative)

As the window of TikTok's business services, we build tools and solutions to enable and inspire clients effortlessly connecting with audiences and maximizing brand potential.We're hiring a Product Manager to join the Creative Platform team within TikTok Ads. -3-5 years of product management experience, with proven success of external products.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define metrics and use data to inform decisions.-Experience collaborating cross-functionally and leading execution across complex stakeholder environments.-Familiarity with the online advertising ecosystem, particularly ad creation and performance optimization.-Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.Preferred Qualifications:-Experience building creative tools or working on advertiser-facing interfaces.-Exposure to performance ad formats such as shopping, app install, or lead gen.-Background in creative automation or infra-scale product work.- Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion.Job Information[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $246400 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
