As one of the newest entrants in the Connected TV advertising space that’s rapidly growing, we seek to build unique value propositions that help us differentiate from the competition and become a market leader in record time.What you’ll be doing Define and execute a product strategy for the Ads Platform and translate the strategy into a product roadmapManage products from concept to launch, delivering features iterativelyCreate strong partnerships with Netflix product teams, establishing continuous feedback loops to better understand their problemsFoster and contribute to a vibrant exchange of ideas, and effectively articulate your vision and strategy across the organizationContinuously evaluate and measure the success and effectiveness of our products, defining the metrics to drive this executionWe’re seeking a candidate who has 7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of successfully launching and scaling platformsProven track record of successfully managing Ad Tech products throughout the product development lifecycleDemonstrated understanding of advertising ecosystems—including CTV ads—and member experience, with expertise in experimentation and measurementStrong experience designing integrations with ad servers, SSPs and DSPs. Full‑time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
