This is an exciting opportunity as we continue to grow in the Connected TV advertising market, aiming to establish striking differentiators that set us apart from competitors. 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of launching and scaling successful platforms.A proven history of managing Ad Tech products through the complete product development lifecycle.A deep understanding of advertising ecosystems—including CTV ads—and a background in experimentation and measurement.Expertise in designing integrations with ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs, and familiarity with relevant APIs.Experience with real-time bidding (RTB) protocols and auction mechanics, including header bidding and server-side auctions.Knowledge in audience onboarding and targeting practices.A robust understanding of advertising principles such as publisher policies, frequency caps, and sensitive categories.A strong ability to articulate a product roadmap, prioritizing across business functions and locations.Comfort with navigating ambiguity, as this role will evolve with business needs.Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences, from small teams to executive presentations.The capability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and business partners.A methodical approach, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure success.Our compensation structure is straightforward, consisting of a salary without bonuses.
