Product Manager, Brand Ads

Responsibilities - Design and launch innovative products that help advertisers meet their goals by leveraging TikTok's unique user engagement powers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market strategy and pricing model - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global advertising market and the needs of advertisers, especially brand advertisers - Partner closely with User Product team, engineering team and other cross-functional teams to drive product implementation Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager - Experience in digital advertising and customer demand, and an understanding of ads delivery strategy - Strong sense of logic and critical thinking skills; facts and data-driven approach to problem-solving - Strong sense of internet/technical products and curiosity for innovations - You are highly analytical and laser-focused on the needs of the user.
