Responsibilities The Search Ads team sits within the Global Monetization Product and Technology (GMPT) organization servicing TikTok For Business. TikTok search is growing rapidly and becoming more and more attractive to users by providing interesting, useful and relevant video search results. Responsibilities:- Lead product development for TikTok search campaign, continuously improve ad solutions to provide better customer satisfaction- Analyze and diagnose business problems, opportunities and risks, and then define strategy and roadmap. Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience- 3+ years experience in advertising or search or recommendation in a product management function, or 5+ years of relevant technical experience (i.e. Engineering, Data Science, or other)- Deep understanding of and experience in digital advertising - Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global rolePreferred Qualifications:- Experience in advertising, search, or recommendation- Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion.Job Information[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141588 - $234080 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
