Product Manager - Search Ads

TikTok Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities: - Lead product development for TikTok search campaign, continuously improve ad solutions to provide better customer satisfaction - Analyze and diagnose business problems, opportunities and risks, and then define strategy and roadmap. Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience - 3+ years experience in advertising or search or recommendation in a product management function, or 5+ years of relevant technical experience (i.e. Engineering, Data Science, or other) - Deep understanding of and experience in digital advertising - Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking - Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in advertising, search, or recommendation - Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
