What you will bring with you: • Ability to work with a diverse range of people • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital operations, or a related role • Experience in insurance, health services, or regulated industries preferred • Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike preferred), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), and content management systems preferred • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple operational projects simultaneously • High attention to detail and quality standards • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Data analysis and interpretation – ability to translate metrics into actionable insights • Digital content development – writing and editing for email, web, and marketing materials • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving marketing needs • Experience or strong interest in marketing platforms, campaign execution, and operational workflows • Self-starter mindset, eager to learn and contribute across marketing operations In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
