Opportunity Bird Home Automation Group is a future-forward technology company seeking a Product Marketing Lead to join our San Francisco based team. Since that time, Bird Home Automation Group’s DoorBird product has become a market leader in the Smart Home and Custom Integration channel (https://www.cepro.com/article/ce_pro_100_top_video_doorbell_brands) As the Product Marketing Lead at DoorBird you will have the opportunity to become the expert in and advocate for markets for our technologies. Responsibilities • Develop marketing content for social media, website, paid media, collateral and email marketing • Optimize the performance of our paid search, paid media channels and identify growth opportunities • Become an expert in our products, use cases, and the markets we compete in and identify opportunities to gain greater market share • Research and analyze general industry & technology trends and preferences • Create and deliver compelling and competitive positioning for DoorBird products • Help shape and execute DoorBird's marketing strategy • Define and drive a content strategy that will generate market penetration and reseller acquisition • Develop content for webinars, tradeshows, and events • Write email marketing and newsletters • Manage content production, from idea to draft to design and publication • Help analyze content performance • Drive customer loyalty by maintaining an ongoing nurture strategy • Partner with sales teams to share marketing insight and resources • Work closely with sales team to execute on product launches for B2B audiences • Contribute ideas, strategies and recommendations as a digital expert • Execute and manage special marketing projects as needed Skills • Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar • 3 + years of experience in hands-on digital marketing role • Ability to proactively manage projects, and collaborate with team members and external vendors to meet goals and deadlines in an organized and self- driven manner • You have proven writing and storytelling skills, and you can provide writing samples • Knowledge of leading email marketing platforms and email marketing best practices • Ability to write and optimize website, email and marketing copy based on keyword research, brand requirements and brand voice • Experience with SEO, paid marketing channels, targeting, testing and continuous optimization.
