Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer personas to tailor messaging accordingly.Content DevelopmentIdentify, develop and manage the creation of compelling customer-facing content for marketing and sales use including website messaging and marketing collateral (whitepapers, blogs, case studies, videos, fact/data sheets and presentations) to support lead generation and sales team efforts.Sales EnablementDevelop sales enablement materials, including sales guides, presentations, and training programs.
