Product Marketing Manager

We work hard to build the technology that connects thousands of today's libraries. This role partners with product management and sales in the development of retention strategies while developing and executing marketing programs that support engagement with library groups, as well as individual academic and public libraries. Excellent written, spoken and visual communication skills are critical, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities of software and services into compelling positioning and messaging. This is a matrixed role, so the ideal candidate will also have demonstrable experience and best practices from working in a fast-paced, fluid, team culture. Responsibilities: • Product – Understand the products and partner with product management and sales to develop the marketing strategy and plans to support retention strategies for library groups and individual public and academic libraries.
