Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Product Marketing Specialist located in Orlando, FL. The role involves supporting sales enablement efforts and interfacing with product management to align marketing strategies with product features and benefits. Qualifications • Experience with Market Research, analyzing industry trends, and understanding customer needs • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to craft engaging product messaging and deliver presentations • Knowledge of Go-to-Market Strategy, sales enablement, and product launches • Understanding of Sales processes and best practices for supporting sales teams • Familiarity with Product Management and the ability to bridge communication between product teams and marketing stakeholders • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience in the industrial, laser, aerospace, or related manufacturing sectors is a plus
