Product Marketing Support

Are you a self starter interested in enhancing an existing online catalog? This will require becoming knowledgeable about our product line as well as the tent industry. You will be assisting with finding new products for the catalog as well as developing new concepts with the same industry and platform. You will work directly with the CEO in developing the catalog and assisting him with weekly tasks and special projects. Answer phones and respond to online inquiries for the purchase of tent accessories by preparing quotes Verify accuracy of quotes and complete revisions as requested Convert quotes into contracts Relay orders to the distribution warehouse or supplier, add freight and shipping costs Send out invoices Process invoice payments through the system by either check or credit card and deposit into the bank Develop online marketing strategies Make regular posts on social media and send out email blasts Assist in purchasing replacement products and items sold Follow up with customers post-sale to build future opportunities Assist with resolving customer complaints Educate and inform customers about new and current products Assist with social media and direct marketing programs Attend 2-4 annual trade shows and assist staffing the booth
