Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Experience designing research studies, analyzing results and creating reports with actionable product and design insights • Solid understanding of UX Research methods with the ability to articulate study design to stakeholders • Experience working with PM, Design, and Engineering leads • Comfortable presenting work to stakeholders • Strong communication skills, with an attention to detail • Ability to advance multiple projects with competing deadlines across the finish line • Skilled in behavioral research design, statistical methods, and general programming to improve user experience At Snap, we believe that having a team of diverse backgrounds and voices working together will enable us to create innovative products that improve the way people live and communicate.
