Product & Sales Coordinator

M3 MEDIA is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Production & Sales Coordinator who will have an impact role in the overall planning, organization, prioritization and execution of our entire production workflow for our luxury print magazines and ongoing marketing service deliverables for our client partners. Working closely with our sales, marketing and design teams, the Production & Sales Coordinator will be the primary point person for our media brands, magazine advertisers, and marketing service partners. The role will include active management of a portfolio of clients, coordinating and tracking of all ongoing magazine advertising and marketing service deliverables, providing clear client communication, and supporting our overall sales and marketing efforts. • Overseeing the end-to-end marketing and sales production workflow for magazine advertisers and our marketing service “agency” clients • Assist with magazine deadlines, magazine production, ad traffic and proofing
