The Global Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team is the strategic bridge between TikTok’s advertising partners and our Product teams. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. Academic background in computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work preferred; Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems; Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity; A heavy user of internet products, curious and passionate about product design and user experience; prior product-related internship or project experience is a plus Job Information Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
