Production Artist

Who We Are Who You Are We’re looking for a designer that is detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced client/agency team environment. What You Would Do • Assist both the agency and client’s in-house teams in creative development, design and production / execution of assets across multiple projects • Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with client contacts • Demonstrate a sound understanding of marketing/advertising strategy and holistic, integrated conceptual and visual thinking • Exhibit a high level of professional craftsmanship and superior design skills • Follow jobs and be personally accountable from start up through production • Balance urgency with creative thoughtfulness • Effectively present and clearly communicate creative work internally and feel comfortable participating in client meetings • Collaborate with a small client-dedicated team, including agency and client staff • Work under minimal supervision to accomplish assigned tasks • Consistently meet or exceed deadlines and client/agency expectations • Handle multiple tasks easily, sometimes working in a fast-paced environment • Stay current with the latest techniques, digital formats, design trends and technology What You Need • 5 – 7 years’ experience in design and production art, preferably at an agency • A great portfolio that reflects conceptual thinking and production skills • Must have soilid experience with multiple print and digital types, units and formats • Ability to handle several jobs at one time.
