We require a highly organized individual with the ability to multitask, effectively prioritize and think on their feet. Coordinate the ad production/retrieval process and gather all pertinent information from the client for future use. • Maintain production files on all ad production changes and approvals • Keep track of the ad production process throughout the creative, production and approval processes and maintain records of previous magazine issues.
