Production Foreman - Field Supervisor

As a Production Foreman, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Crew and Painter Hiring • Assist with execution of “now hiring” marketing and advertising campaigns • Assist with seeking out and attracting qualified crew leaders, painters and apprentices • Assist with interview and selection process Crew and Painter Training & Development • Assist in training for crew leaders and painters • Ensure all crews and painters are trained on safety policies, rules and regulations • Ensure all crews and painters are trained on CertaPro Painters policies, standards and expectations • Attend and assist with all monthly production meetings, and additional training workshops Weekly Schedule Management & Crew Oversight • Attend weekly job jacket handoff meetings • Available to assist with pre-walks and job kick-offs as necessary • Monitor job site app to track crew location and job progress • Conduct job site visits to make sure crews are working as scheduled • Conduct job site visits to make sure crews are on track to finish all jobs as scheduled • Conduct job site visits to address crew or customer concerns, to help keep project on track • Available to assist with pre-pride walks, and final pride walks as necessary • Daily huddles with Production Manager to review job status and develop priorities & schedule for each day Crew and Painter Inspection, Assessment & Performance Management • Conduct job site visits to inspect for adherence to all safety policies, rules and regulations • Conduct job site visits to inspect for adherence to all CertaPro Painters policies, standards and expectations • Conduct job site visits to inspect quality of work, and assess crew and painter capabilities • Provide annual (and ongoing) performance reviews for employee painters & sub-contractor crews Crew Management & Discipline • Develop relationships with crews, get to know their personal and professional goals • Handle crew and painter complaints and concerns • Handle crew “supplemental payout” requests • Handle performance and discipline issues with crews and painters Customer Care & Satisfaction • Meet with customer and crew on job site to discuss & resolve customer concerns or complaints • Conduct customer go-back inspection, and coordinate solutions to address customer concerns • Conduct customer warranty inspections, and coordinate solutions to address customer concerns
