Company Overview Summary The Program Director provides leadership, drives program development, and ensures that youth receive quality care in a structured and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily oversight of program operations, ensuring compliance with STRTP regulations and CDSS Community Care Licensing (CCL) standards • Supervise and support clinical, residential, and administrative staff • Oversee the implementation of individualized service plans and ensure collaboration with Child and Family Teams (CFTs) • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure timely documentation, assessments, and therapeutic interventions • Ensure staff receive ongoing training in trauma-informed care, crisis management, and STRTP best practices • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and coaching • Maintain a strong presence in the program, offering hands-on support when necessary • Manage program budget and staffing schedules in collaboration with leadership • Serve as a liaison between licensing, county agencies, and other community partners • Respond to and resolve critical incidents and ensure documentation and follow-up • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and have the leadership skills to drive impactful programs, we invite you to apply for the Program Director position at MSK Solutions, Inc.
