Program Manager Advertising & Conversion I/II

As an Individual Contributor, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising programs across digital and traditional media to support business and marketing objectives. Level I: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media strategy, execution, and performance optimization. Level II: Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media strategy, execution, and performance optimization. Demonstrated experience working with digital advertising platforms, performance analytics tools, and media measurement methodologies. Campaign Performance Optimization: Analyzes performance data, translating to actionable incomes to optimize performance across all channels to improve ROAS and conversion rates.
