Performance Marketing Manager; Programmatic As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing programmatic media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive qualified traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of programmatic platforms and strategy, performance creatives, media, and advertising landscape. To succeed in this role, you will need: • Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in programmatic performance marketing. • Skills: Recent hands-on-keys experience with Google Ads for both display and YouTube and Trade Desk required; hands-on-keys experience on other DSPs and paid social platforms is also preferred (e.g., Meta, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn).
