Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement processes to advance Entravision's digital ad-op capabilities • Work closely with account management teams to align campaign goals with measurement tagging strategy • Ensure digital tracking is in place to measure quantifiable metrics and attribution models • Organize and traffic digital assets on ad serving platforms including The Trade Desk , DV360, Adswizz, Triton • Perform QA, pre-launch testing, and proactive ongoing testing and maintenance to maximize uptime • Troubleshoot tracking-related issues, analytics reporting/delivery discrepancies, and implementation • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommend implementation plans Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media or related field • At least 6 years of experience in digital Ad Ops or Ad Tech role, agency-side experience desired • Well-versed in The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Amazon Ads, and/or other DSPs • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills • English fluency required
