As a Programmatic Enablement Manager you will be responsible for launching and leading a scaled off-platform strategy for Uber advertising's mobility offering. You will work closely with key internal partners including Sales, Product, Audience & Measurement, Revenue Operations, Advertiser Partner Solutions, and Legal to align on the program strategy that best meets client and Uber... requirements. What You'll Do • Own the Mobility off-platform program, aligning with internal team members to establish and implement a strategy • Identify, negotiate, and handle supply and technology partnerships • Lead go-to-market strategy program launch • Coordinate regularly with internal teams to ensure successful execution of program including sales, ad operations, and audience strategy • Handle ongoing program to ensure continued growth and successful achievement of revenue targets Preferred Qualifications • Successful track record of running business relationships and cross-functional projects • Experience working with many cross-functional partners to launch new strategies and associated partnerships • Experience taking initiatives from 0 to 1 while working on projects with high degrees of ambiguity • Previous partnership with sophisticated, technical partners including SSPs, DSPs, DMPS, APIs, and product • Proven performance in a constantly changing, ambiguous environment • High standards and a bias toward action.
