By combining creativity with data‑driven insights, we don’t just deliver campaigns—we deliver results.Our philosophy is simple—hire a diverse, passionate team and foster a culture that empowers you to do your best work.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of programmatic specialists, fostering a high‑performance work environment.Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive display and programmatic strategies that align with business goals and integrate with broader marketing initiatives.Provide end‑to‑end strategic oversight and guidance for display and video programmatic campaigns, including best‑practice implementation, campaign planning, set‑up, optimization, and reporting.Prepare and present detailed campaign reports, offering actionable insights and demonstrating impact to stakeholders.Utilize extensive knowledge of industry trends to develop and deliver media solutions aligned with brand objectives.Ensure the team is proficient with all industry‑relevant technologies (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers) and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Qualifications+5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role with a proven track record of managing successful teams.Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, ad servers, ad networks, and other relevant technologies.Experience working with key programmatic platforms such as DV360, Adform, Trade Desk, Criteo, Adroll, and others.Demonstrated measurable impact of campaign strategy and delivery of customer‑focused results.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay current with evolving platforms, vendors, and inventory offerings.#J-18808-Ljbffr
