Responsibilities • Collaborate with media planning/strategy teams to inform programmatic digital media recommendations • Own the programmatic media strategy recommendations by providing tactical and partner input, digital audience insights and sizing by platform, targeting recommendations, planning pricing and other landscape input • Understand brand and performance campaigns; experience with retail media networks/shopper preferred • Proactively develop POVs on changes to digital media landscape and best practices • Programmatic buying & QA • Perform “hands on keys” buying within the platform our preferred programmatic partners • Execute, optimize and steward programmatic media buys across CTV, OLV, pre-roll video, display, native and DOOH • Lead strategy and buying discussions with DSP partners on behalf of clients and in partnership with media strategy teams • Provide strategic leadership and facilitate set up of private marketplace deals • Manage and QA the workflow of the Assistant Programmatic Media Strategist(s), providing frequent updates to the Associate Programmatic Media Director • Facilitate client and media relationships • Attend client meetings • Responsible for providing campaign insights to clients • Provide regular status updates • Evaluate opportunities and create Point of View documents • Schedule and attend media representative meetings • Participates in internal team and agency development • Mentor and train assistant media planners on digital buying best practices • Develop and present agency training presentations on innovative ideas • Attend regular agency education sessions • Seek out and attend professional development sessions Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience • Senior role: Minimum 4 years of experience • Non-senior role: Minimum 2 years of experience • Hands-on programmatic media buying, planning and reporting required • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Ability to travel as needed In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness options, agency perks, and the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
