Project Administrative Coordinator

Classification: Contractor Worker (w/opportunity to upgrade to regular part- time employee) Company Standard Business Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday Weekly Meeting: 11:15am ET, Monday ________________________________________ • Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope via the established project timeline • Tracks project schedule, dates and other information using the established project management system, must be knowledgeable about the project’s specifics which range from daily task to long-term goals • Help setup sales funnels and Facebook ads for lead generation • Project management, scheduling, email correspondence, follow-up with clients • Collects project’s scope and requirements to transform them into projects pipeline via tasks & schedules. Works with management on project work to keep project on schedule • Assist with the clients to respond to their requests and communicate to them the status of the project. • Minimum 2 to 3 direct years of experience as a Project Administrative Coordinator or Project Assistant • High level prioritization and organization skills are required to keep the project on schedule and in order; has a high attention to detail • Excellent client-facing, customer service and interpersonal skills are required • Must be PROACTIVE and not REACTIVE in project approach and communication • Professional, respectful, and courteous interaction at all time with clients, colleagues, vendors, and others in contact with McCrary Financial Solutions • Great follow up and follow through to see all tasks are final and complete • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives • Ability to work well both as a team, individually and to work well under pressure • Experience in translating requirements into tasks • Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
