Professional and Technical Services, Inc. (PTS) is currently interested in hiring a PROJECT CIVIL ENGINEER to assist with the inspection and design of improvements associated with transportation, utility, and site development projects. • Valid Alaska driver’s license. Duties will include the performance of inspections in support of civil projects and may include the preparation of plans and specifications, reports, and studies. PTS is an Anchorage based civil engineering and surveying firm that performs design and construction management services for road, utility, residential, and commercial development projects. Such actions shall include, without limitation, employment, upgrading, demotion or transfer, recruitment or recruiting advertising, layoff or termination, rates of pay or other forms of compensation, and selection for training/mentorship.
