YKONE - Project Coordinator, Influencer Marketing YKONE - a global influencer marketing and social media agency headquartered in Paris with offices in Miami, Las Vegas, Milan, Dubai, Hong Kong and other cities is seeking a talented Project Coordinator based in Las Vegas to support the agency's ongoing work in the travel and hospitality sector. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate who has: • Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus in business, marketing, communication and digital) • Minimum 2 years of Professional experience (including internships) with travel, luxury, fashion brands and/or advertising agencies • Experience with influencer technology, influencer management/negotiations • Expertise of social media platforms, influencer marketing and the broader digital ecosystem • Experience managing complex projects, specifically with advertising productions, PR events, FAM’s etc. She/he has professional experience in project management. Objectives • Efficient project management & workflow • Respect of internal & external processes (contract, brief, communication, tools, templates, etc) • Day-to-day management of influencers & supplier relationships • Effective analytical and reporting skills • Strong client management skills
