Project Manager

Cassel Bear is looking for a Project Manager who thrives on structure, clarity, and forward momentum. This role helps the creative, digital, and strategy teams do their best work on time, on budget, and without unnecessary friction.The Project Manager will translate strategy into executable plans, manage timelines and resources, and ensure work moves smoothly through the agency's system.Responsibilities include owning day-to-day management of client and internal projects, building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and task dependencies, ensuring work is clearly scoped and assigned, identifying risks early, managing workflows in project management software, coordinating between design, digital, content, and leadership, running internal check-ins, communicating timeline or priority changes, managing workloads across the team, identifying capacity issues, balancing urgency and quality, documenting processes, improving workflows, and supporting scaling efforts as Cassel Bear continues to grow.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, proactive, dependable, clear in communication, able to hold people accountable, and interested in improving systems.Requirements include proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment, experience managing multiple projects at once, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to create structure without slowing teams down, and the ability to use computer software to manage projects. Experience in a creative, digital, or marketing agency, experience using ClickUp, cross-functional team support, and client-facing project coordination are considered a plus.Compensation is based on experience.
