• Manage communications and build bridges across teams within agency, demonstrating a strong knowledge of the different facets of the agency ecosystem. • Oversee creation of detailed timing plans (from creative development through delivery) and manage timing plans throughout the life of each project. • Keep Director of Project Management aware of progress on each project and the development/deployment of the process – raising concerns as quickly as possible. • Keep detailed records of the life of a project and share information as necessary. • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
