In this job you will touch pretty much every job or project that rolls through our firm, from a simple business card printing to helping flesh out and place annual marketing plans in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. - Attend and write up summaries of meetings to ensure all topics are followed up on. - Work with accountant to ensure month end invoicing include all outsource costs (gross and net) are within budget as per approved estimates and job tracking system. -have worked in advertising or ad sales.
