Hours & Pay • 30 hours per week • $20–$25 per hour (based on experience and performance) • Flexible schedule: choose your hours between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday–Friday • Contract position for 12–24 months • Candidates with less than one year of experience may be offered a four-month training period at $17/hour We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to oversee two to three client campaigns at a time. Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Project Management • Execute and track projects using campaign plans created by firm partners • Coordinate tasks with designers, videographers, writers, and strategists • Deliver campaigns on time while ensuring quality and client satisfaction • Team Communication & Collaboration • Meet daily with CRM partners to discuss progress and challenges • Keep the team aligned, informed, and focused on priorities • Highlight risks early and find solutions proactively • Documentation & Reporting • Maintain project databases with campaign results and actions • Provide clear updates on performance and next steps • Opportunity Identification • Suggest creative ways to improve campaigns • Help clients and teammates see the “next step” for growth You’re a motivated, detail-oriented project manager who loves marketing, thrives in a collaborative environment, and sees leadership as service.
