The goal of Multnomah farms is to be an entrepreneurial innovation company working on the execution of a luxury boutique farm, event space, and private campground catering to the foodie industry. We have an immediate need for an Executive Assistant/Project Manager for a 3-6 month contract working a hybrid of on-site and remotely. We are looking for someone to provide support in a relaxed, flexible, positive work atmosphere for 20-30 hours per week. -Is a Jack or Jill-of-all trades, common sense and the ability to learn quickly and take action where needed -Experience in project management and/or assisting - specific interest in handling small, mid, or large scale creative projects that move from conception to full completion -Handle formal correspondence in a timely and professional manner, the ability to match compact words to big ideas for clear communication of complex projects -Manage and delegate tasks to project staff and contractors -Is thorough with budgeting, tracking, and Quickbooks or other financial management software -Is enthusiastic when acting as a liaison between the client, vendors, investors, our team and founder -The ability to work flexibility, independently, and problem-solve, we don't want to micromanage you, and you probably don't want that either \\- A passion for the PNW, food, bev and hospitality is a bonus!
