Project Manager, Integrity Operations, Financial & Discriminatory Advertising

Project Manager, Integrity Operations, Financial & Discriminatory Advertising Responsibilities: • Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements • Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment • Analyze data to identify advertiser trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations • Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems • Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding financial-advertising compliance or discriminatory content • Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community • Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users • Develop a deep understanding of integrity issues and how they affect our community, business and regulatory landscape Minimum Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment • 2+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations • Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams • Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions • Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure • 1+ year of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) tools In addition to base compensation, Meta offers benefits.
