The Traffic function is part of the Program & Project Management unit within USAA’s Creative Operations organization, a critical part of Brand Marketing and the In-House Creative Agency. • Facilitates collaboration on creative alternatives to project challenges and resolves issues / removes obstacles with subject matter experts. • Experience on project and program management and execution experience delivering complex work efforts working with recognized program and/or project methodologies (e.g., Waterfall and Agile).
