We believe in elevation, for everything. • Project setup and documentation in work management software (ClickUp) • Change management – anticipate needs and mitigate risks, help the team navigate issues and rescope as needed for internal and external project success • Keep calm in an ever-changing environment • General knowledge of Agency departments to properly manage different types of projects (media, creative, production, digital) Successful Candidates: • Are engaged, resourceful, well organized, detail oriented and thorough • Must be able to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner • Must be proactive and able to work independently • Are goal oriented and assume ownership and responsibility for their work Knowledge and Skills: • Strong time management • Effective writing and speaking skills • Macintosh operating system proficient • Microsoft Office expertise, ClickUp/Netsuite experience preferred Education and experience • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, project management or related field required • 2+ years managing projects, or related business experience and prior agency experience preferred
